Ellen brings over 31 years of experience from her time at Collins & Lacy, where she handled more than 1,000 cases and chaired the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. A certified circuit court mediator since 2005, she launched Ellen Mercer Adams Mediations in 2023 and is widely recognized for successfully resolving complex workers’ compensation matters. Ellen also has extensive experience in general litigation and professional liability defense. A graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, she has been consistently named one of The Best Lawyers in America and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
